For the most part the consensus sequence is clear and discrepancies 
are attributed to sequemcing error. However at three positions there
appears to be polymorphism. The first converts between ala and pro at
position 36 in the presequence (subunit 9). The other two are in the
"wobble" base of the codon and do not affect the amino acid sequence.
Cys49 in the presequence and Asp31 in the mature ISP.
